I can tell I'm sleeping when I'm finally dreaming...
But I know what you mean.

I used to have alot of sleep paralysis which is a whole nuther' topic, when THAT happens, alot, and you start having unpleasant things happen while your in that in-between state, combined with the feeling like your up and moving and your still not.

It makes for some nights of feeling like you had no rest...

Did that make sense??

i mean i dont even want to try to sleep . because i dont want to experience the dreams . it seems if i hold out past 4 am i wont dream but no matter what im up by 930 am always . my dreams to me are more like other lives i experience when sleeping. my quantum mind , geso. ether way guess i get the same rest .

I HATE sleeping but I love to dream. I always dream, every night..But sometimes I go through nightmare phases that last for about a week. They get really bad. When I know that I am going through those nightmare phases I try my hardest not to sleep. Sometimes I can be tired as fuck and just not sleep! For no reason! I just can't sleep no matter how hard I try. Sometimes it gets to the point where I am sleep deprived.
