How should vampires be? and most believable

From blood sucking to energy feeding, what vampire do you find to be the most believable?
I personally don't believe in the blood sucking vampires but psychic vampires are very real IMO. What do you think?

Or how do you think a vampire should be? I think vampires are ment to be demonic, disgusting and not romantic. They are demonic/demons. I've had dreams about these kinds of vampires, very bloody gory dreams with no romance at all. This is what I think vampires should be. I can't stand the Twilight vampires. What do you think about all this?:

Bloodsucking undead should be just like you said, the 30 days of night vampire...Twilight, not a big fan but " Oh my god!!!! You're skin glistens in the sun!!!! what a horrid secret!!!! """

People can suck the lifeforce from you but I don't know if I want to give them the satisfaction of the label "psychic Vampire"... "Psychic Leech" maybe, less romantic more to the point.

The whole romantic vampire thing makes me puke and should stay in the realm of enjoyable fiction for some.
