Wow. It would be great, because that would mean man has undergone a radical change in his whole approach to life. To me wars are caused, not really by politics or religeon etc, but by the human mind. Mans mind is the problem; the way he thinks, acts and feels. So if all war stopped, it must mean that man has changed his inner world for the better. Then we could just focus on lifting all humanity to a higher level being. Evolve. We're basically still just clever apes running around clubbing each other over the head with high tech instruments and taking from the earth in the hope of filling some inner void at the mo - generally. The whole system needs an overhaul.

We need the human brain to evolve and let go of some of our ancient primal instinct to take control. When that takes place mankind would know war is not the answer.

Well...2 cents,

I'm not sure it's possible for there not to be war.

Maybe after some sort of apocalypse and /or the fall of high technology and people have to rebuild could it be possible.

People have been killing each other since the dawn of time.

Slowly, as cultures rises...so does the technology and killing methods.
Ancient people war. Modern people war. Now we have the ability to destroy ourselves or someone else utterly.
World without war...I'm afraid not in my lifetime.

I hear ya, I tried never leaving my house and it never worked for me.

imho, the more "friends" I have the more chaotic and messy my life becomes and Im a chaotic mess on my own let alone inviting others in to stir the pot

Its funny. Even our nearest relatives, the chimps [lol], go to war on other groups of chimps who stray into their territory. Its true. And after the battle they eat parts of the dead enemy chimps. So...its in our blood.

Without war, our species would have nowhere to go but up in the evolutionary chain. There are probably forms of extra terrestrial life that have already found how to thrive without the use of warfare.... It seems as if the great Albert Einstein seemed to believe that we would never rid ourselves of war, in a sense, stating, "I do not know what weapons WWIII will be fought with, but WWIV will be fought with sticks and stones."
